Searching for Lost Hitchhikers (LbNA, SWIAALB & PXF)

HI ... I am searching for the route of 4 hitchhikers all together ...they
originated in IL then arrived at their first destination by mail (with the
first patch order) as follows

(I know this one was planted but don't know if it has been found)

PFX..... Paco Alto , CA

LbNA-SWIAALB .... Coopersburg PA ....
I know this one has made it through CA and to the PNW but don't know the
whole route.
